01 · THE INCOME PROBLEM

Many retirement plans are built to run out.
Yours should not have to.

People plan carefully for the years they will earn an income. Far fewer plan just as carefully for the years after, when the paycheck stops but the bills, the family, and the years keep going. Longevity is not a risk many people budget for, and it is one of the few risks that grows the longer you live.

02 · THE TAX STORY

A Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP) and a
Tax-Free Savings Account (TFSA) are not the same tool.

They are taxed differently when the money comes out, which means they are meant to do different jobs. Many people open one, then the other, then wonder years later why the numbers on paper do not match the plan in their head. The tools are not the problem. Using them without a plan is.

03 · THE BUILDER'S STORY

I spent my career building things
that outlast the people who built them.

Before I sat across from clients about money, I sat on job sites. As resident site engineer on deep pile foundation and marine shoreline protection work with Trevi Foundations Nigeria Ltd, I learned that what holds a structure up is almost never the part anyone sees. Skip the foundation work and a structure may settle unevenly for years before it ever shows on the surface.

That is the same lesson I bring to a financial plan. The visible parts, the income, the house, the title, are not what determine whether a family's security holds. The foundation work, done early and done right, is what does.

04 · WHAT I SEE CONSTANTLY

People choose an account
before they choose a plan.

Many people walk into a bank, open a Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP) or a Tax-Free Savings Account (TFSA), and consider the job done. The account is not the strategy. It is just a container. What decides whether it works for you is what you put in it, when you touch it, and what it is actually meant to accomplish.

What is your money actually supposed to do for you and your family?

05 · WHO THIS IS FOR

Built for people whose financial plan
has not kept pace with their success.

First-generation professionals

Building strong careers and assets in Canada while supporting family responsibilities here and abroad.

Business owners and incorporated professionals

Whose business interests, personal wealth and family protection need to work as one coordinated plan.

Established professionals, engineers and contractors

Whose income, savings and investments have grown, but remain fragmented across different accounts, products and priorities.

Wherever you are starting, the goal is the same: bring your income, savings, protection, business interests and long-term priorities into one clear, coordinated strategy.

06 · WHAT WE WORK ON

Three things a plan
needs to get right.

Protect your family and income

Making sure the people who depend on you stay steady, whatever happens to your ability to earn.

Coordinate savings and retirement

Getting your accounts working together toward one plan, instead of sitting side by side doing overlapping jobs.

Strengthen your business and legacy plan

Making sure what you have built can outlast you, and does not depend entirely on you showing up.

Depending on your situation, that can involve life and living benefits insurance, registered accounts, corporate planning, mortgage referrals and related solutions.

07 · THE STRATEGY CALL

One conversation.
A clear next step.

In a complimentary 20-minute initial consultation, we will clarify what you are building, identify the gaps that deserve attention and determine the most practical next step. If further planning makes sense, I will explain exactly what that process involves.

01

Book a time

Pick a 20-minute slot that works for you. No preparation needed, just come as you are.

02

We talk it through

You tell me what you are building and what worries you. I ask questions and listen.

03

You leave with a next step

A clear, practical recommendation. If more planning makes sense, I explain what that looks like.

08 · COMMON QUESTIONS

Before you book.

How long is the call, and what does it cost?

The initial consultation runs 20 minutes and is complimentary.

Am I obligated to buy anything?

No. The call is a conversation, not a sales appointment. If nothing makes sense for your situation right now, I will tell you that plainly.

Do I need to prepare anything?

No preparation is required. If you already have statements, policies or a plan in place, having them nearby can make the conversation more specific, but it is not necessary.

Who is this for?

Professionals and business owners who have built, or are building, meaningful income, assets or opportunities, but do not yet have a coordinated financial roadmap. I am licensed in Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario and New Brunswick.

Let's build a plan that
holds up.

One conversation can clarify the next practical step for you and the people who depend on you.
